Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

There is no wrong way to meditate, yet many of us shy away from this powerful practice because we “don’t know how”. In a private meditation session you will learn techniques that will assist you in your at-home practice, while experiencing a stress-reducing, immune-boosting, often life-changing session. Our goal is to guide you through meditation as a beginner or advance your practice if you have reached a plateau.
